Importance of Sodium: Sodium is represented by the symbol Na. This is a mineral which is usually taken more or less in its pure form and also in addition to the amounts present in foods. Importance of Omega-3: Omega-3 is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that body cannot make by its own. So these are referred to as "essential fats". As body cannot produce it we have to get it from the food that we intake. Special festival: Raja is one of the most celebrated festival in Odisha. Odia people used to celebrate this festival for 3 days. Usually this festival is celebrated in the mid of the month June every year. The festival has 3 days for celebration along with a day prior to first day of the festival which is known as "paani buha". This paani buha meaning carrying water from the water resources and storing it inside house. This is a long tradition so people in ancient days did not had individual tube well and they used to bring water from public tube well or by any other public means.
